Eligibility Criteria
  • A degree in Life Sciences, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field (MLO / Associate or Bachelor's)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
  • Proactive, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, adaptable, and organized
  • Experience with GMP / GLP is preferred

Role Responsibilities
Within the laboratories of RandStad, the Separation laboratory is tasked with Release and Stability testing of drug substances and products. As a Laboratory Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining training and understanding of fundamental testing and laboratory practices as part of your initial job learning experience.
  • Supporting laboratory operations through tasks such as equipment maintenance, calibration, sample and reagent preparation, and document management.
  • Generating and analyzing results data, and collaborating with peers and supervisors for review.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of testing activities in accordance with lab schedules and priorities, maintaining a strong record of accuracy.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of products manufactured at the facility and understanding the quality control methods relevant to product quality.

Laboratory Techniques
The Separation Laboratory employs various techniques, including (c)IEF, (c)SDS, HPLC/GC, and MS, while adhering to GMP / GLP guidelines.

  • Employees receive a 5.5% ADV allowance in addition to their salary.
