As a Hotel Operations Manager in our Guest Rooms Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's daily activities. Your knowledge of Opera and Knowcross systems will be essential in communicating effectively with other departments.

**Job Description**

The Hotel Operations Manager - Guest Rooms Team is responsible for managing the daily operations of the entire rooms team. This includes coordinating tasks, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will also be responsible for filing lost and found items, performing spot-checks, and managing an international team. You will need to have a strong understanding of different cultures and how to deal with them effectively.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage daily operations for the entire rooms team.
  • Filing lost and found items.
  • Performing spot-checks.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be able to work different shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 hrs on weekdays and weekends.
  • Be willing to assist within another department in Pulitzer Amsterdam if the business requires.
  • Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English.
