Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective team dynamics and empower team members to achieve their best.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads to drive changes and improve team performance.
- Ensure a clear and concise Scrum strategy within the department.
- Manage Azure DevOps to enhance squad professionalism and reduce administrative workload.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM1, PSM2).
- At least 2+ years of proven experience in coaching and guiding high-performance teams.
- Experience in effectively intervening in both individual and group settings to bring teams to a higher maturity level.
