At Dawn Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EU IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our European business, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support to our European business, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.
- Empower end-users with knowledge to maximize the productivity of our IT tools and systems.
- Perform scheduled onsite support and maintenance at our European locations, ensuring our IT infrastructure is running efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of support administration and IT asset records.
- Collaborate with our EU IT team to implement key projects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Approximately 1+ years of experience in a PC/User support role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and Dutch (both verbal and written).
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week, with willingness to travel to other Dawn EU locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a valid driver's license and passport.
