About the Role
As the EMEA Marketplaces Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business growth in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that we have winning strategies in place every day and that our marketplaces offer seamless consumer experiences. This involves close collaboration with various teams, including creative, marketing, category, agency, and account teams.
About You
We are a fast-paced and agile company that values innovative thinking and drive. As a Digital Consumer Journey Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering GRE, on-brand onsite experiences for consumers on our regional key accounts. You will optimize how we demonstrate our technology and deliver the Dyson message in a digital setting. Additionally, you will be involved in media planning, working with account teams and marketplaces agencies to plan and execute strategies that drive incremental revenue at an efficient ROAS. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and spend, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of our strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver GRE, on-brand onsite experiences for consumers on our regional key accounts.
- Develop and execute media plans that drive incremental revenue at an efficient ROAS.
- Manage budgets and spend to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless consumer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of commercial hands-on experience in consumer journeys in a digital setting.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth through innovative strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
