Role Overview

As a Reservations Employee at Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless corporate relations, handling reservations, and invoicing with precision.

However, your role extends beyond administrative tasks. You will be a proactive commercial hunter, leveraging your networking skills to grow our business. By building strong relationships with clients, you will gain valuable insights into their needs and preferences, enabling us to tailor our services and create unforgettable stays.

  • Utilize networking skills to grow our business and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in the Opera reservation system
  • Strong networking skills and a commercial mindset
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment
