Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Reservations Expert to join our team at Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless reservations and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient reservations and invoicing processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Provide proactive commercial support to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences and loyalty

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
  • Familiarity with the Opera reservation system
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
