We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Lead to join our team at Cloudmuscle B.V. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions to our clients, managing client relationships, and leading a team of functional and technical consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate discovery, design, and definition sessions with clients and prospects, and explain Salesforce products.
- Conduct demos, project estimates, project plans, project onboarding, kick-offs, oversee projects, determine architecture, and take responsibility for the strategic direction of engagements.
- Provide recommendations and manage client expectations, identify potential areas to expand existing projects through discovery and deep dives into client projects, and join in on client visits after-sales qualification.
- Provide guidance and advisory on implementation/configuration issues.
- Lead inspiration sessions to determine the future roadmap.
- Mentor team members in consulting skills and Salesforce best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a functional Salesforce consultant.
- Pre-sales experience will be highly advantageous.
- Best-practice hands-on Salesforce experience and knowledge.
- Commercially minded.
- Strong operations experience in Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Agile experience.
- Experience in the professional services industry is an advantage.
- Dutch language skills are preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team.
- Customer-orientated and great at building client and team relationships.
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking.
- Pragmatic attitude and drive to take initiative.
- Problem-solving mentality.
