Sleep is, alongside healthy eating and regular exercise, one of the most crucial aspects of your life. It is the only activity where you spend an average of eight hours a day. Better sleep leads to greater happiness, improved health, and enhanced productivity. Sleeping better truly means living better.

As a market leader in the sleep industry, Beter Bed provides you with all the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to develop into a true sales advisor. We sell according to the RESET method, which includes various training sessions. The following competencies are central to this:

  • Persuasion
  • Active listening
  • Effective communication
  • Building trust

Developing these skills will make you a true performer. The goal is to enhance your success and ensure opportunities for advancement.

  • Salary scale in accordance with retail non-food collective labor agreement (depending on experience);

Who are you?

As a sales advisor, you are the key to an unforgettable customer experience. You greet our clients with a warm smile and ensure they feel comfortable right away. Together with the customer, you will explore what is needed for better sleep. By actively listening to their wishes and needs, you provide personalized and expert sleep advice that perfectly aligns with their situation. To deliver the best advice, you utilize the Beter Slapen ID, which offers the best support for the customer. You demonstrate how our products contribute to improved sleep and, consequently, a healthier life. In addition to advising customers, you thrive on closing a great deal because it means the customer will sleep better.

About Beter Bed

Beter Bed was established with the opening of the first two sleep specialty stores in the Netherlands. Over the years, we have grown to become the sleep specialist in the Netherlands and Belgium. We believe that everyone can sleep better and live better. With personal attention and a comprehensive, innovative, and well-positioned assortment for every budget, we reach our customers both online and offline through our retail brands Beter Bed, Beddenreus, and the wholesale organization DBC (which sells brands like M-line and Simmons).
