About the Role:

The Enterprise Sales Executive - Public Sector is a key position within the Snowflake team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Enterprise-level Public Sector clients in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for allocated accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive revenue growth through effective marketing plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their existing and future IT roadmaps to drive the Snowflake solution within the marketplace.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  • Arrange and conduct initial executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.
  • Manage the sales process and close opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams through ongoing account management.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications to the Public Sector.
  • Emphasis on cloud, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, SaaS is desired.
  • Experience hitting quota of $1m+ of ARR per year and averaging 8+ face-to-face meetings per week.
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
