About the Role:

Databricks is a leading provider of Unified Data Analytics and AI solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the Netherlands to drive growth in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new enterprise-class customers in the financial services sector.
  • Develop a strategy to engage all buying centers and stakeholders within existing accounts.
  • Utilize a solution-based approach to selling and demonstrate value to potential new clients.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and conclude quick wins while tracking customer details in Salesforce.
  • Own the consumption story with customers, using demand plans to identify viable use cases and maximize Databricks' impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to orchestrate and maximize the impact on the ecosystem.
  • Build exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving and over-achieving against quota.
  • Experience selling complex software to clients in the financial services sector in the Netherlands.
  • Passion for winning new clients and a hunter mentality.
  • Strong tenure in previous roles.
  • Understanding of consumption-based, land and expand sales models.
  • Evidence of creating demand and delivering substantial value for clients.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies and process, such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling.
  • Fluent Dutch and business English required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
