About the Role

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we're seeking a talented Working Student to join our team. As a Working Student, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact and gain new skills and on-the-job experience while collaborating with colleagues in all lines of business around the world.

Key Responsibilities

As a Working Student at SAP, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers with any issues in our Digital Discovery Assessment toolchain
  • Setting up a knowledge base with documentation on possible issues
  • Working with the development team to propose improvements
  • Driving small changes and aligning with the development team
  • Developing content to promote and position Digital Discovery Assessment
  • Gaining insights on how our global presales teams, partners, and customers use the tool during their sales cycle

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Student status at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Information Technology or related field of study
  • Computer skills: good skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML & GitHub, knowledge of (SAP HANA) in-memory database and SAPUI5 is nice to have
  • Language skills: fluent English speaking and writing, speaking Dutch is nice to have
  • Soft skills: Strong Communication Skills, Results Oriented, Perseverance
  • Keen interest in helping others and in application development
