We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our front office team as a Front Desk Team Lead. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Rooms Division Manager to manage day-to-day operations and improve guest satisfaction.
About the Role:
The Front Desk Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. You'll be responsible for leading the front office team in promoting the service culture values, training and supporting receptionists, and implementing new procedures to improve guest satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front office team in promoting the service culture values
- Train and support receptionists on key touchpoints in the guest journey
- Work closely with the Rooms Division Manager to manage day-to-day operations and improve guest satisfaction
- Assist in implementing new procedures and improving financial and quality targets within the department
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Passionate and energetic individual
- Creative problem solver
- Experience with Opera PMS is a plus
