The Guest Relations department is a part of Reception. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will take an extra care of the guests by placing in-room amenities, meeting and talking to our VIPs, setting up surprises for guests in the rooms, keeping an eye on guest reviews and overall quality scores, and keeping your hotel colleagues up to date with what's going on.

You will also be involved in handling guests' complaints and enjoy working in a bubbly, creative, and international team. The shifts start either at 8, 10, or 13 and you will be sometimes working in weekends.
