Job Title: Digital Analytics Assistant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Assistant Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of analytics services by collecting, tracking, mining, and analyzing data to generate fact-based insights.
  • Support Digital and Business Unit teams to increase reach, engagement, buy, and advocacy, and inform Digital strategy.
  • Carry out assigned tasks for projects in areas such as analytics implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management, qualitative data, etc.

Consulting:

  • Support defined groups of stakeholders in setting up performance measurements using digital analytics and enabling them to derive trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the translation of gathered insights into engaging, actionable, and easy-to-digest insights presentations, including visualization.
  • Build trust with stakeholders to facilitate actionability of insights.
  • Help establish a fact-based culture in the organization by continuously improving data-driven decision processes.

Reporting:

  • Continuously measure metrics for stakeholders within the assigned scope.
  • Support implementation and drive optimization of reporting structures within your area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development of best practice guidance for markets and other adidas stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics capabilities.

Innovation:

  • Keep up with the latest trends and technological advances by informing yourself proactively using various sources.

Requirements:

  • University degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Experience in eCommerce environment.
  • Finding, cleaning, and transforming (large) data sets to generate insights and build reports/dashboards.
  • Handling web/app data through tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with SQL (e.g., aggregate functions, joins) or other data querying languages.
  • Creating data visualization using tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written.
