Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:- Identify business needs, workflows, and processes to prepare comprehensive documents.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, and support design and testing phases to ensure technical solutions align with defined requirements.
- Monitor and maintain product backlogs and other Business Analysis deliverables, including Use Cases, User Stories, and Impact Assessment Documents.
- Act as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, project officers, and technical experts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in market research and solutions assessment to identify suitable tools that meet business and technical needs.
- Support the Technical Architect and Project Manager in ensuring project deliverables meet Eurojust's rules and standards.
- Contribute to the development of user guides and manuals for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in ICT projects.
- Knowledge of market research for COTS product selection.
- Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of Security and Personal Data Management is an advantage.
- Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and professional experience in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English language at least B2 level.
