HR Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Analyst to join our team at Odido. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing organizational change and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead the transition of organizational change activities, working closely with the responsible HRBP.
- Data Management: Collect and analyze data to inform changes in organizational structure and employee data, preparing and maintaining accurate records in the HR system.
- Position Management: Manage employee and position data changes in the HR system to ensure alignment with organizational structure changes, collaborating with HR and business leaders.
- Process Alignment and Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain process flows and descriptions to ensure consistent adherence to position management procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department managers to ensure alignment of position management processes with business goals.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on position management best practices and functionalities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work on initiatives to optimize position management and data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of work experience.
- Proven project management skills in complex settings.
- Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and manage complex data.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in writing process documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices, especially in relation to FTE management and organizational alignment.
- Strong Excel skills.
- 32 hours per week.
- Hourly rate: € 90,- / 105,- all-in (ex btw).
