Salary InformationWe offer an estimated salary of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package reflects the value we place on our employees' hard work and dedication.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Community Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:- SUPERVISE AND WORK TOGETHER WITH OUR FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF: Assist guests in all their needs, providing a flawless welcome and check-in, awesome service in our restaurant and bars, or making great new connections.
- CROSS-SELL PRODUCTS TO OUR GUESTS: Familiarize yourself with our product offering and effectively promote them to our guests.
- HANDLE GUEST OR TEAM MEMBER QUESTIONS/COMPLAINTS: Respond professionally to any guest or team member queries or concerns, including technical issues.
- KEEP OVERVIEW OF HOTEL OPERATIONS: Stay up-to-date on all events and activities within the hotel, remaining calm under pressure and resolving any issues that may arise.
- SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Provide guidance and support to team members when needed, sharing your expertise to enhance their skills and confidence.
- CONNECT WITH GUEST COMMUNITY: Build relationships with our guest community, staying informed about their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.
- FLEXIBLE, HANDS-ON, MOTIVATED, AND POSITIVE APPROACH: Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
- MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF HOTEL EXPERIENCE OR TEAM LEADING EXPERIENCE: Showcase relevant experience in hotel operations, team leadership, or a related field.
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues alike.
- ABILITY TO HANDLE PEAK PERIODS: Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations during peak periods.
- LEGAL RIGHT TO WORK IN THE NETHERLANDS: Ensure you have the necessary documentation to work in the Netherlands.
