About the Role

TenneT is a leading player in the energy transition, and we're seeking a passionate CSR Reporting Specialist to join our team in Arnhem. As a key member of our Integrated Reporting team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sustainability performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business in collecting and reporting non-financial performance information for quarterly and year-end reporting.
  • Guide the organization in improving non-financial reporting processes and related systems, ensuring efficient Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of TenneT's award-winning Integrated Annual Report and other reports, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting requirements.
  • Support the business in collecting and providing required documentation for external auditor procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability reporting-related regulations, ensuring proper application within TenneT.
  • Collect and report required information for CSR/ESG ratings.
Requirements
  • A relevant university degree in sustainability, business economics, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in non-financial reporting, with a strong understanding of integrated reporting principles.
  • Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and CSDDD regulations.
  • Result-oriented with a critical attitude towards results, process, and quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with business fluency in English and Dutch.
