Job Description:The Junior Controller position supports the Finance Team in financial reporting and controlling activities. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 2-4 years' work experience in an international commercial environment, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Excel, knowledge of ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards), proficient in English both written and verbal, effective and direct communication skills, self-starter with a proven track record of taking initiative, strong analytical thinking, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and experience with business intelligence software Tableau or similar.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports the finance team in financial closing procedures of 5 reporting entities, takes care of reconciliation of sales, controlling of accrued and prepaid positions, and other relevant closing procedures.
- Performs cost controlling and analysis on various areas such as rebates and SG&A.
- Supports the finance team in the planning process forecasting of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow.
- Coordinates the internal audit process, provides support in documentation and review of standard operating procedures.
- Owns the non-stock purchase order process, supports users of this process, and follows up on outstanding issues.
The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum based on the location, industry standards, and the level of experience required. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances.
