Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Coordinator to join our team in Eindhoven. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional workplace experience for our cutting-edge tech company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Soft and Hard Services: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both soft and hard services at our Eindhoven office.
  • Lead Innovative Projects: Coordinate innovative projects aimed at enhancing the work environment, ensuring a productive and engaging atmosphere for all employees.
  • Coordinate Events: Plan and execute various events, conferences, and meetings, providing excellent logistical support.
  • Critical Facility Operations: Supervise critical facility operations, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • First Response Team and EHS Committee: Participate in the first response team and contribute to the EHS committee, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A HBO degree in Facility Management or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Proactive Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Strategic Thinking: Display the ability to think strategically and act hands-on, ensuring effective decision-making and execution.
