We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in finance operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying payments accurately based on customer remittance advice or bank statements, recording bank transactions in the general ledger, and identifying and resolving any unapplied or unidentified cash.

Your Role

You will work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to reconcile assigned accounts promptly and address any discrepancies. You will also maintain an organized statement archive and contribute to creating a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • You must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Economics/Finance/Accounting or related field at a Dutch university for the duration of the internship.
  • Immediate availability is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
  • A desired understanding of account reconciliations and proficiency in Excel are highly valued.
  • You should exhibit a flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of analyzing and interpreting information.

About You

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 euros per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
