Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality & Prevention Officer to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our ISO Quality Management System, guiding planning and coordinating company activities to support quality certifications, and ensuring quality and sustainability of production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, maintain, develop, and train the organization on company's ISO Quality Management System.
- Guide the planning and coordinate company activities in support of maintaining quality certifications.
- Look after internal processes and procedures to ensure quality and introduce new procedures and work instructions where appropriate.
- Train the team in all aspects of the quality management system and application of procedures.
- Undertake internal and process audits of the quality management system.
- Examine regularly the quality data and suggest actions based on the collected data.
- Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
- Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes.
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to oversee and implement Supplier Quality Management.
- Work with the Production department to oversee and implement internal Quality Control and Process Control.
- As Prevention Officer, you will have a main role on the Safety Committee, implementing Safety Policy and conducting required training, instruction, audits, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance Management.
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards as well as of requirements and approaches to Environmental Health and Safety, implementing and managing EHS programs.
- Certified auditor for ISO:9001-2015 standard.
- Experience in directing and participating in Safety Committees.
- Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Flexible working attitude.
- Driving license preferred.
