Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Neways. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for standardizing purchasing processes and ensuring their effective implementation across the entire Neways Group and its operating companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive vision for Neways' purchasing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement (continuous) improvement projects to support the development of a robust purchasing process, including the creation of supporting tools and resources.
  • Develop technical and financial business cases to justify the implementation of purchase process improvements, ensuring a solid business case for investment.
  • Support and follow up on the implementation of the standardized purchasing process, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of purchase processes, including procurement strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, identifying areas for further enhancement and optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other business process specialists and process owners, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist purchasing and planning departments in resolving process-related and change-related issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Contribute to bridging the gap between operational business and Neways' strategic objectives, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of company-wide initiatives.
