About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Director to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our media services and upper funnel digital marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with our advertising consultants team and programmatic team to drive growth and revenue.
  • Support Account Directors and Account Managers in creating strategic account hit lists, following up on leads, and deploying internal roadshows.
  • Link the different international teams (e.g., NL, UK, DE, US, DK) for brand advertising related opportunities and projects.
  • Represent DEPT as a key contact for our partners, including Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of commercial experience in upper funnel advertising and brand building.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a sales or commercial role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to network effectively.
  • Flawless English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to qualify leads and advise clients on effective use of upper funnel media strategies.
