Job Title: Experience Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Experience Strategist to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Experience & Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients.

Job Purpose:

The Experience Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with our designers, architects, and project managers to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and target audience
  • Develop experience strategies that align with client objectives
  • Leverage expertise in design, technology, and innovation to create comprehensive plans
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal project execution
  • Provide insights and recommendations for project and product optimization
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a digital planner, design or technology strategist in a digital agency
  • Deep knowledge of Customer Experience, Digital product design and development
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Approach new tasks proactively and pragmatically
  • Confident communication in English
