Customer Strategy Consultant

At Merkle DACH, we're seeking a talented CXM Strategy Expert to join our ambitious CXM strategy team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital customer experience strategies for national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Guide clients through change management and transformation to ensure seamless adoption of new strategies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects, including CRM, loyalty programs, and marketing automation
  • Provide expert advice and strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Support business development and participate in pitches to secure new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • HBO/Higher Vocational Education degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in CXM strategy
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with technology and data in the CX field to inform strategy development and implementation
  • Commercially driven with experience in business development to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor team members to build a high-performing team
