Customer Experience Consultant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team at Maersk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored logistics solutions for our customers, ensuring seamless end-to-end services and transportation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and drivers to provide personalized support and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with global logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment execution, monitor service-level agreements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the commercial organization to drive customer commitments and forecasts, and advise Maersk management on potential service failures and trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency, and support the digitization agenda by promoting the adoption of new e-features.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics or ocean transport.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch a plus.
  • A motivated, persistent, and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • A customer-first mindset, with the ability to form strong relationships and understand customer requirements to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and influence without authority.
