About the Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a critical role in creating tailored logistics solutions for our customers, enabling them to outsource their logistics value chain to us. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the shipment process, coordinate with global logistics teams, and ensure seamless execution of the entire shipment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and drivers to deliver exceptional service and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the entire shipment life cycle is executed smoothly, monitor service-level agreements, and identify root causes of any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the commercial organization to coordinate customer commitments and forecasts.
  • Provide insights to Maersk management on potential service failures and trends, driving continuous improvement to satisfy customers.
  • Support the digitization agenda by promoting the adoption of new e-features among customers.

We are looking for a motivated, persistent, and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and a passion for solving complex issues. If you have previous experience in a customer-facing role, a background in logistics or ocean transport, and strong problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is required, with Dutch being a plus.
