Job Title: Global Creative Content Manager

Karo Healthcare is a leading healthcare company with a strong presence in the Nordics and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Creative Content Manager to join our Intimate & Digestive Health Squad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across all digital channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with the Squad lead, markets, design team, and agencies to ensure a unified brand identity and messaging.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that drives customer engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with local market teams to share content and ensure strong web presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital content and content marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual execution.
  • Experience with campaign analysis and KPI interpretation.
  • Essential experience with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Native English speaker, with any additional language a plus.
