About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Cyber Security team at KPMG-Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine action plans and identify potential business avenues for growth.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales processes and tools to improve sales outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and client feedback to inform strategic growth and competitive differentiation.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their professional and personal growth.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written).
  • B2B sales experience in consultancy and related services.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in marketing, goal setting, and lead qualification.
  • Experience in proposition presentation development and pitching.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective wins.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Curious, confident, and humble demeanor.
