Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the development of strategic relationships at key accounts at all levels in the water treatment industry.
- The ultimate goal is to achieve business targets and objectives through customer retention and by delivering value to our valued customers.
- Through strong and proven relationship skills, you will understand the customer needs and deliver our solutions which generate value.
- Provide accurate updates to our business and drive our delivery commitment to our customers.
- Carry out the technical services and provide the necessary verbal and written recommendations to ensure trouble-free plant operations for the assigned customers.
- Your success will be measured on delivering customer retention, customer satisfaction surveys, and your support to the commercial team in developing a target pipeline by bringing highly valued solutions using our entire offering.
- Actively participate in service/sales team meetings and training sessions.
- Report all work-related incidents, high-risk situations, near misses, accidents, and damage to property.
