About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Yacht. As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts in the process & water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with integrity and safety as required by our company policies.
  • Own and drive the development of strategic relationships at key accounts at all levels in the water treatment industry.
  • The ultimate goal is to achieve business targets and objectives through customer retention and by delivering value to our valued customers.
  • Through strong and proven relationship skills, you will understand the customer needs and deliver our solutions which generate value.
  • Provide accurate updates to our business and drive our delivery commitment to our customers.
  • Carry out the technical services and provide the necessary verbal and written recommendations to ensure trouble-free plant operations for the assigned customers.
  • Your success will be measured on delivering customer retention, customer satisfaction surveys, and your support to the commercial team in developing a target pipeline by bringing highly valued solutions using our entire offering.
  • Actively participate in service/sales team meetings and training sessions.
  • Report all work-related incidents, high-risk situations, near misses, accidents, and damage to property.
