Job Description

To drive our global growth strategy, we seek a seasoned HR leader to oversee our HR Operations and Services. This role is critical in shaping our HR function to support our ambitious goals.

The Director of Global HR Operations and Services will lead the development of a centralized HR Operations and Service delivery model, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and scalability. This includes developing and implementing project plans, analyzing HR service effectiveness, and delivering workforce insights and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Operations and Services, with experience in transforming HR functions to support business growth. They will be a strategic thinker, innovative, bold, and humble, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Global HR Operations and Services Team, consisting of 5 functional pillars: Global HR Operations, Global HR Process Excellence, HR Analytics and Data, HR Project Portfolio Management, and Global HR Process Ownership.
  • Overseeing all projects in the PMO and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Designing and implementing improved processes and system flows to maximize automation and simplification of daily HR business operations.
  • Partnering with global and regional HR Operations teams, as well as Business Technology, Accounting, Payroll, and Business Control teams, to align ways of working, systems, and reporting.
  • Establishing key operational metrics and reporting tools and developing an HR Services dashboard and key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in HR Operations and Services, with a proven track record of transforming HR functions to support business growth.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing large teams (over 25 employees).
  • Knowledge of GDPR, HR Governance, and Legislation.
  • A strong and compelling point of view around HR Operations, Digital HR Transformation, and Employee-Centered HR.
