About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. in Heerlen. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize workforce productivity
  • Collaborate with employment agencies and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and planning
  • Conduct regular audits and provide reports to the Workforce Manager
  • Supervise and steer productivity through meetings and input from the floor
  • Manage competency metrics and deliver weekly overviews to employment agencies
  • Work closely with the HR Department to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, preferably in the Netherlands
