About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. in Heerlen. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with employment agencies to manage workforce levels and ensure adequate staffing
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize workforce productivity
  • Supervise and steer productivity through regular meetings and feedback
  • Manage competency metrics and ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs
  • Deliver weekly reports to employment agencies with key figures and hours worked
  • Work closely with Warehouse Managers to determine temporary employee takeovers based on hours worked and performance
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and conduct quarterly audits to report results to the Workforce Manager

Requirements

  • Accurate and analytical working method with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data
  • Alert, accurate, stress-resistant, flexible, and great problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English language (Dutch is also required)
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding FTE planning and collective bargaining agreements for temporary workers
