As a Workforce Coordinator at GXO Logistics, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics operations. Your key responsibility is to act as a liaison between employment agencies and the operation, utilizing your analytical skills to plan and coordinate workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with employment agencies, warehouse managers, and operational managers to plan and coordinate workforce requirements.
  • You will manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) determined with employment agencies.
  • You will supervise and steer productivity through meetings and input from the floor.
  • You will maintain an overview of all competencies per person and deliver weekly overviews with all figures and hours in Excel to employment agencies.
  • You will work closely with the HR Department to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • You will follow through on service level agreements (SLAs) and carry out quarterly audits to report results to the Workforce Manager.

Requirements

  • You must have a very accurate and analytical working method, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You should be able to deal with dynamics well and communicate effectively with involved parties.
  • You must have a HBO work and thinking level, with a good command of Excel.
  • You should be alert, accurate, stress-resistant, flexible, and have great problem-solving skills.
  • You must have a healthy dose of energy and humor, with a good command of the English language (Dutch is also required).
  • Preferably, you are aware of laws and regulations regarding the planning of FTE (Working Hours Act) and have knowledge of the WAB (Law on the Balanced Labor Market) and collective bargaining agreements for temporary workers.
