About the Team:

The EMEA Business Development team has a proven history of continuous improvement and exceptional performance, consistently recognized for their achievements. Our team members have been awarded top honors in various categories, with a significant portion exceeding their quotas and participating in exclusive recognition events.

Role Overview:

With global IT spending projected to reach $5 trillion, you will play a pivotal role in driving international growth by identifying new opportunities and strategically promoting our solutions across the region, particularly focusing on large enterprises with substantial annual revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner, targeting C-level executives within large enterprises.
  • Transform viable prospects into active clients, managing the entire sales process from initial conversation to client transition.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of relevant opportunities to meet sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Achieve a quota of approximately $400,000 in new logo revenue within your designated territory.
  • Manage complex, high-value sales across diverse business environments.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in direct solution-based sales processes with a track record of success.
  • Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-level clients in large enterprises.
  • Excellent computer skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process lifecycle.

  • Experience in value-based, consultative B2B sales is preferred.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership and C-suite executives effectively.

  • History of exceeding sales goals or quotas.
  • Familiarity with intangible sales processes is advantageous.
