Position Overview

We are in search of a remarkable Sales Director for the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing revenue across the EMEA market. Collaborating closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and various teams, including Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you will have the chance to make a substantial impact on our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet revenue objectives specifically within the EMEA region.
  • Engaging with prospective clients to comprehend their distinct requirements and offering innovative solutions through our advanced no-code automation platform.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to finalizing deals.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts in the EMEA market.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology sectors, with a focus on legal, risk management, and compliance.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets, particularly in relation to low-code and no-code platforms such as Pega, OutSystems, Appian, and ServiceNow.
  • A well-established network and relationships within the EMEA market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by a proactive and results-driven approach.
