About the Team:

The EMEA Business Development team has a proven track record of excellence, consistently recognized for their outstanding performance. Our team members have achieved significant accolades, showcasing their ability to exceed expectations and drive results.

Role Overview:

As a key player in our sales strategy, you will have the opportunity to influence global expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on large enterprise clients with substantial annual revenues, helping them address their most pressing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner, targeting C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Convert prospects into active clients, managing the full sales process from initial conversation to client transition.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales metrics.
  • Achieve a quota of approximately $400,000 in new logo revenue within your designated territory.
  • Manage complex sales processes across diverse business environments.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in direct solution-based sales processes.
  • Strong intellect, drive, and executive presence.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives in large organizations.
  • Excellent computer proficiency and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process lifecycle.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development.
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales and prospecting at the executive level.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and navigate through ambiguity.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
