Position Overview:

We are Semrush, a leading global IT firm dedicated to developing our proprietary platform for digital marketing professionals. We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to enhance our presence in the French market, someone who excels in building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with major global brands.
  • Propel revenue growth through new business acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach to final closure, managing both recurring revenue deals and complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Foster strong connections with current clients, comprehending their business objectives, and offering tailored Semrush solutions to facilitate their growth.
  • Provide a value-driven sales experience, leveraging automation and customer insights.
  • Ensure clients maximize the benefits of our offerings to meet their strategic goals.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Native or near-native fluency in French.
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the SaaS sector, particularly in mid-market or enterprise roles, with a proven history of closing deals exceeding $250k ARR.
  • A track record of surpassing sales objectives and driving revenue increases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies, including Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • An organized and methodical approach to achieving consistent success.
  • A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote setting.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales.
  • Experience in the Martech industry is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel is a plus, though not mandatory.

About the Team:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue through new customer acquisition (20%) and renewals/upselling (80%). You will collaborate closely with the Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to retain and expand our largest client accounts.
