EMEA Sales Director

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director, EMEA to join our team at Neota. As a Sales Director, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets specifically in the EMEA region.
- Customer Engagement and Solutions: Engage with potential customers, understand their unique needs, and provide innovative solutions using our powerful no-code automation platform.
- Relationship Building and Management: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Process Leadership: Lead and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive lead generation activities in the EMEA market.
- Industry Insights and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities and stay ahead.
- Minimum 5 Years of Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry with a focus on the legal, risk & compliance sector.
- Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets especially with respect to low code and no code platforms like Pega, OutSystems, Appian and ServiceNow.
- Strong Network and Relationships: A strong network and established relationships within the EMEA market.
- Effective Communication and Presentation: An ability to effectively communicate and present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
