Job Title: Sales Director, EMEA Mid-Market

Reddit is a community-driven platform that fosters authentic conversations and connections. As a Sales Director, EMEA Mid-Market, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the emerging markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth from Mid-Market clients in the emerging markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on exceeding established revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to support sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide feedback and insights, drive product enhancements, and align on market positioning.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
  • Represent Reddit in the emerging markets by speaking at key industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of building a scaled book of business and overachieving sales targets.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience leading sales teams and balancing retention with attracting new talent.
  • Deep understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in EMEA, with a customer-centric approach and strong sales mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships that drive business growth and success.
  • A passion for Reddit and its mission to foster authentic conversations and connections.
