Sales Director, Emerging Markets

As Reddit continues to expand its presence globally, we are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Mid-Market Sales efforts in Emerging Markets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with regional brands.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, a proven track record of building and delivering on a scaled book of business, and excellent coaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities will include defining the sales strategy and tactics for the markets, building a strong sales culture, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to support sales efforts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.

Collaboration with Product and Marketing teams will be key to providing feedback and insights, driving product enhancements and new product launches, and aligning on market positioning.

Additionally, the successful candidate will represent Reddit in the Emerging Markets by speaking at key industry events and lead on broader EMEA mid-market projects to identify opportunities for further acceleration and jointly build scalable processes.

Desired skills and experience include + years of experience in digital media sales, strong people leadership skills, key understanding of the Mid-Market sales channel in EMEA, and a customer-centric approach with strong sales rigor and pipeline management.
