Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA region? Do you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the SaaS or technology industry?

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director, EMEA to join our team at Neota. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth in the EMEA region, working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the EMEA region.
  • Engaging with potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing innovative solutions using our powerful no-code automation platform.
  • Fostering and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Leading and managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to drive lead generation activities in the EMEA market.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities and stay ahead.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry with a focus on the legal, risk & compliance sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially with respect to low code and no code platforms like Pega, OutSystems, Appian, and ServiceNow.
  • A strong network and established relationships within the EMEA market.
  • An ability to effectively communicate and present complex solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
