Sungrow EMEA seeks a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to drive the company's expansion in the region.

Our innovative solar inverters have set us apart as industry leaders. We boast the largest dedicated R&D team and a comprehensive product portfolio, catering to utility-scale, commercial, industrial, and residential applications, including internationally recognized floating PV solutions.

Job Description

This role will focus on originating, evaluating, and maturing inorganic deals (M&A and CVC) aligned with Sungrow's strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Leading/supporting cross-functional teams for successful opportunity execution.
  • Managing the inorganic growth funnel and supporting other activities of the strategic development team.
  • Providing market intelligence to inform the team's activities.
  • Representing the company at selected industry events.
Requirements

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consulting, JV setup/management, greenfield/brownfield capital projects maturation, etc.
  • Strong communication, teamworking, and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels.
  • Self-motivation with ability to work independently in environments with high ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including financial modelling skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience. Benefits include:
