Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director for Financial Services to support our growth in the insurance and banking sectors. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your business development, sales, and account management expertise to drive sales and delivery engagements with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients and new clients.
- Develop and lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
- Attain sales and delivery targets.
- Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients.
- Provide industry guidance, strategies, and implementation of best practices.
- Build and lead your team of consultants on missions and commercial endeavors.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your Master's Degree.
- You have at least 8 years of experience within a consultancy company.
- You have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
- You have the capability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
- You have the ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment within a varied team in educational level, position, and skills.
- You are dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Additional Information:
We are unable to provide a work permit for this position.
