As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for further growing and developing our Goods-2-Person Warehouse Automation solutions in the Benelux area.
Main Responsibilities- Meet or exceed order intake targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and other external stakeholders to ensure the success and buy-in of solution proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver future-proof warehouse solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage sales cycles and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, business, or engineering.
- Strong commercial skills and ability to transform customer needs into technical requirements and system solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, verbal and written.
- A strong intralogistics network in the Benelux area.
