Job Title: Digital Designer

We're seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our Global Creative Team. As a Digital Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for our digital channels to deliver a premium and cohesive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create digital assets and layouts that reinforce our brand's style and voice across various touchpoints.
  • Translate concepts into engaging UI designs, considering user experience and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop digital marketing materials with a mobile-first approach, including our website, CRM emails, sales and launch campaigns, and other consumer-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand & Creative Team, Digital Media, CRM, and Website Teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Adhere to quality work standards, production processes, scheduling, and deadlines set by the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and digital design methodologies to identify creative opportunities and optimize user feedback.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in UX, UI, and digital design for a global brand or agency.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Fluent English language skills, as Bugaboo is an international company.
  • Ability to work comfortably with diverse groups of people and build trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
