Make a Lasting Impact

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and expand your knowledge in the luxury industry.

Missions:

Support Europe e-commerce operations, including:

  • Order placement and processing, returns, and exchanges
  • E-merchandising management
  • PLV stock management
  • Day-to-day management of CRC

Support Europe best practice scale-up and global project pilot in Europe, including:

  • Quarterly global e-commerce and CRC community animation
  • Day-to-day CRC training and facilitating tools development

Support global e-business operations and ad-hoc analysis, including:

  • Social commerce maintenance (merchandising, new launch addition, etc.)
  • YNAP order management and daily operations
  • Model stock analysis and replenishment, in collaboration with supply chain

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you should:

  • Be a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business
  • Have a strong interest in the luxury industry and a desire to strengthen your knowledge
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent writing skills, and knowledge of French is a plus
  • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a comfort level with figures
  • Be able to multitask, consolidate, and summarize information from varied sources
  • Be highly detail-oriented, efficient, proactive, and autonomous
