Impact Through E-commerce Operations

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the growth of Piaget's global E-business, a key strategic pillar of the Maison and the group.

Missions:

Support Europe E-commerce operations, including:

  • Order placement and processing, returns, and exchanges
  • E-merchandising management
  • PLV stock management
  • Day-to-day management of CRC

Support Europe best practice scale-up and global project pilot in Europe, including:

  • Quarterly global E-commerce and CRC community animation
  • Day-to-day CRC training and facilitating tools development

Support global E-business operations and ad-hoc analysis, including:

  • Social commerce maintenance, merchandising, and new launch additions
  • YNAP order management and daily operations
  • Model stock analysis and replenishment, in collaboration with supply chain

Requirements:

You are looking for an internship as part of your studies (Bachelor's/Master's degree in business).

  • You are interested in the luxury industry and wish to strengthen your knowledge.
  • International exposure and a first experience in e-commerce are a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, including excellent writing skills, and knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with figures.
  • You can easily multi-task, consolidate, and summarize information from varied sources.
  • You are highly detail-oriented, efficient, pro-active, and autonomous.
